Massage is not just a luxury. It's a way to a healthier, happier life.
Medical research has verified that even a 15-minute long massage session received regularly promotes relaxation, enhances alertness, mental speed, and cognitive accuracy. It also lowers anxiety and job stress. One of the studies showed that 80% of its subjects had at least a 50% reduction of pain and a decrease in muscle tension immediately after one chair massage session. People who receive regular massages sleep better. Frequent massages decrease cortisol (Cortisol, in high levels, elevates blood pressure and suppresses immune system functions).
